A native of Taiwan, Lorraine Wu began her early training in Piano at age of five. She attended Manhattan School of Music for both undergraduate and graduate studies under the tutelage of professor Zenon Fishbein. After receiving her masters' degree from Manhattan School of Music in 2007, Miss Wu worked with world-renown pianists such as Bernard Ringeissen (France), Epifanio Comis (Italy) at the Samuel Barber International Music Festival in West Chester, PA. She has been the recipient of numerous awards including the Artist International Winner of Special Presentation Awards in New York. Miss Wu has performed intensively in the venues as Yamaha Piano Salon in New York, Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall in New York. In Summer 2007, she was on the piano faculty for the summer camp at Manhattan school of Music for gifted students from grade five to grade eight in New York.
